Plus, the roads may get worse and let’s face it, who really wants to go outside in this cold and snow?

Snow Day Circuit:
A1. 10 Squats with 5 Jump Squats
A2. 10 Pushups
A3. :30 Plank or Bodysaw with Sliders
A4. :30 Mountain Climbers
