At VPF we help busy professionals and stay at home mom’s achieve their fitness through semi-private training and personal training. We understand that work, family and life balance can sometimes lead us down a path where we forget to take care of our health and fitness.
That’s where VPF comes in! We take care of designing the workouts and coach you through your workouts. All you have to do is show up, taking one less to-do of your list!
VPF also helps youth and collegiate athletes prepare for their sport season through our sports performance program. We develop a professional strength and conditioning program around the athlete’s sport, goals, needs and injury history.
